The Densit® Concrete consists of the Densit® Concrete Binder mixed with local aggregates.

 

The Densit® Concrete Binder has a very dense microstructure resulting in a high strenght concrete with outstanding durability in an agrressive environment.

 

The properties of the Densit® Concrete depends on the type, grain size and grading of aggregates as well as the workability required. The mix design can be defined in cooperation with Densit a/s.

 

Densit® Concrete must be reinforced and is very suitable for fibre reinforcements as well.

 

Normally Densit® Concrete can be taken into use after 36 hours at 20°C. After 24 hours at 20°C the Densit® Concrete has reached approx. 50% of its final strenght equivalent to about 50 MPa.

 

Densit® Concrete is mainly used for applications exposed to heavy mechanical and chemical environments such as floors, foundations, precasted elements, in sity casting etc.
